GBR Senior Women

The Great Britain Senior Women’s team competed in the 2012 Olympic Games, placing 8th overall in what was the team’s Olympic debut.

However, UK Sport funding for the Great Britain Senior teams was cut from £4.5 million to nil following the 2012 Olympic Games. As such, the Great Britain Senior Women’s team was in a period of stasis.

However with the energy and commitment of a new volunteer Management Group established in 2015, the Great Britain Senior Women’s team was restarted in 2017 and the future now looks promising

Great Britain’s Junior Men (U17) enjoy a successful training camp in Walsall ahead of their end-June Euro Qualifiers.



Following a very successful training camp in Manchester on the 22nd and 23rd May 2021, the reduced GBR squad of 22 players (18 outfield and 4 goalkeepers) came together for another round of intensive training between Saturday 29th May – 4th June 2021 in Walsall.
