Swim England’s water polo leadership group has a vacancy - December 11, 2021

We understand from Toby King, Chair of the volunteer Swim England Water Polo Leadership Group, that Fiona Pearson, the Group’s communication lead has resigned.

Fiona told us, ‘Working with Toby and the Group for the past 18 months or so has been a fascinating and rewarding experience. I am sad that work commitments now make it necessary for me to stand down. The group is so committed to increasing participation in this wonderful sport and I believe they will continue to make great progress in this endeavour.’

Toby King said, ‘I would like to personally express my sincere thanks and gratitude to Fiona for her excellent work on Communications and her wise counsel across a range of topics – we hope to see a number of her great ideas bearing fruit over the coming months and years.’

Toby would be delighted to hear from anyone with any sort of communication background who is passionate about our sport to join the volunteer Group after Fiona steps down at the end of the year. Please email expressions of interest to Toby at >
