14 days to go, Manchester Euro Qualifying Tournament schedule announced -

The official game schedule for the Manchester qualifying tournament for our U17 GB men’s team has now been released, beginning with a game against Lithuania on Thursday 11th May at 7pm, and concluding after 4 days of competition on Sunday 14th with a final game v Romania at 11am.

The event will be held at the East Manchester Leisure Centre and tickets are available to purchase in advance. For more ticketing information please contact Mark Ray at mrmsray@gmail.com.

In addition to the QT games, on Saturday 13th May at 2.30pm, there is the mouthwatering prospect of a full senior men’s international featuring England v Scotland. Tickets will also be available separately for this classic encounter, again Mark Ray is the contact.

The ENG v SCT match represents the beginning of a new journey for Team England in their first competitive fixture since the final of the Commonwealth Tournament in April 2014.

The entire England squad will be winning their first senior International caps and the coaches and staff of Team England congratulate each and every player upon reaching this milestone in their playing careers.

The senior men’s England squad is preparing for the EU Nations tournament which will be held in Poland from the 19th – 21st May.

Following this tournament, the England players will be joined by their playing colleagues from the other home nations to prepare for and compete in the World University games in Taipei August 19th – 30th August, under the banner of the British Universities.
