Great Britain’s senior men return to international polo at World Aquatics Water Polo World Cup -

We are delighted to report that Great Britain’s senior men’s team is returning to international competition for the first time in 9 years with entry into the World Aquatics (Previously FINA) Men’s Water Polo World Cup B Division Continental Qualification event to be held in Otopeni, Romania between 9th and 12th March 2023.

The GB team will face hosts Romania, Ukraine, Malta and Germany over the 3 days of competition with an opener against the hosts on Thurs 9th March at 19:00 local time.

Coached by the highly experienced Nick Hume with Assistant Coach Craig Figes, the event is viewed as an important first step on the long road to rehabilitation of the GB men’s international program, and an excellent opportunity for the athletes to measure themselves against some quality European opposition.
